Here are the terms and conditions of sale. Please read this carefully!

All payment for orders are due with Visa, MasterCard or Discover/Novus. All products received by client are considered accepted and in conformance with the original order. Please report any damages or discrepancies within 5 business days of receipt to APLE via phone, fax or email. All packages should be examined closely. American Pro-Life Enterprise (APLE) will reship/credit any damages at its discretion.

Contact APLE directly for any missing or damaged orders. If you contact the shipper (e.g. FedEx, US Postal Service) it only slows down the process to get your situation remedied. A nominal bankcard fee may apply to your order effective 1 May 2023 AD.


Convenience returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge (only UNOPENED bottles are accepted for returns, all others will be discarded with no refund whatsoever).  ALL returns must be made within 30 days of invoice for ANY credit. No credit given after that time.  Sorry, NO exceptions.

Flat shipping rates of $9.00/order apply to the lower 48 states only. Volume discounts apply as indictaed and the flat shipping charge is the same regardless of order size within the lower 48 states. For shipments to AK, HI, Canada and other foreign countries please call, fax or email for rates. Higher rates apply for requested premium shipping (e.g. Next Day, 2nd Day and 3rd Day FedEx, etc). VIP Client free shipping, when conditions are fulfilled, apply only to the lower 48 states. Only one deal applied per order, but we always apply the BEST deal.

If you use FedEx Premium Services (e.g. Next Day Air), the quoted rates are ESTIMATES; you will be charged the actual  rate (which may be higher), based on final weight and zip code.
